Accommodations & Transportation
Staying in Park City
The Summit Watch is located steps from the welcome party on Main Street. If you are arriving on August 8th, please use the link above. For stays outside these dates, or if booking for more than two nights, please reserve directly through Marriott, as the resort has restrictions on weekend stays outside the room block.
We have also reserved a courtesy block of rooms at the DoubleTree, which is located a mile from Main Street. To book, please use the group link above or call 435-649-7000 and mention the Rush Boyd wedding.
Transportation to Blue Sky
Shuttles to the ceremony will depart at 3:30 PM leaving from the Marriott Summit Watch and Hilton DoubleTree hotels. If you’re staying in a private home or another hotel/rental, plan to meet at one of the designated hotel pickup locations since the shuttles will be the only transportation to the ceremony. Personal transportation is not permitted by Blue Sky. Return shuttles will be running throughout the evening from the reception for those who want to head back early.
Getting to Park City
We recommend flying into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), which is a 45-minute drive to downtown Park City. The quickest way to get to your lodging is via ride share (Uber or Lyft) or reserving private transportation ahead of time. Renting a car isn’t necessary unless you plan to extend your stay and explore more of Utah.
Getting Around Park City
Once in Park City, you can take advantage of the free bus service, and ride shares are available year-round. The town also offers miles of scenic walking and bike paths, with plenty of bike rental shops. For Saturday’s events, we’ll be providing transportation, and all guests are kindly asked to use it as required by Blue Sky.
